  1. Why should I test my water?
  Quality of water directly affects the health and well being of your family. Due to its capacity to dissolve higher number of substances and compounds than any other liquid on Earth, the chances of unwanted components gaining entry is a higher probability. It is highly recommended to have your water tested regularly.
  
  2. How often should I test my water?
  It is recommended that you test your water once every 6 months. If you like in a high pollution zone it is recommended that you do it more frequently.
  
  3. Which package should I choose?
  It is highly recommended that you chose the comprehensive package as it covers most parameters. You can contact us if you need help choosing the appropriate package.
  
  4. How does it work?
  Once you book a water test online, we send a water testing kit to your doorstep. Once the sample is collected you must inform us, our logistics partner will pick it up from your doorstep. We then test it in our lab and email the results. We also provide guidance and insights based on the results.
  
  5. How do I collect the sample?
  It is very simple, anyone can do it. Clear instructions are provided along with the sample collection kit.
  
  6. How long does it take for me to receive the results?
  Typically within 4 – 5 working days after receiving the samples we email the results to the customer.
